Our generations had bell bottoms, mini skirts, Nehru shirts, tie-dye, paisley shirts, flip-flops were nicknamed JCWW's (Jesus Christ Water Walkers).... and I guarantee it drove our parents crazy, except old men loved the mini skirts...
I am having similar issues with the hugely oversized pants that hang down below appropriate levels. Unless they are proud that they have clean underwear, I see no purpose.

Ever was it so I guess. I grew my hair long when I went away to University when I was 18 - 1970. My mother was horror struck to see it down to my shoulders the first time I went home and I was in the barbers the next day whether I liked it or not!

It must be because of this "crack" generation. (sad to say)
I don't like it much either, along with the digit fidgets.

Here you go HT ...the latest in men's wear is the Romper! ... after the ripped, mud coated and bib jeans I guess.

A onesie for adult males.... besides triggering a woman to breast feed them, I see absolutely no purpose to a onesie in public..... I did like this fashion of our day though

Not much streaking going on lately. Must be too cold.

Wait until August or September. I've given up on it however. Can hardly walk

much less run. My only wish is that more ladies would take up the sport.

Bonnie, the first thing that came to my mind when seeing this photo, going by the men's clothing and poses was that I was looking at a group of female models dressed in casual outfits. Or a bunch of manly men kidding around. Anyway, ugh. :)

From one extreme to another. I wonder if the children of the 'pants down to their thighs' guys will, in order to not dress like their male parent, wear their pants down around their ankles, or up to their neck. lol

Well, from what I've heard- and it does seem to be accurate- is every generation wants to be different from the generation before them, to kinda make their mark as unique.
What never fails to surprise me, though, is seeing "today's youth" styles on individuals in OUR generations- the baggy pants, the pajamas in public, and even one Senior woman who goes around dressed like a cross between Elvira and Lily Munster.

Here is the perfect video for fashion statements.....scary, but we have all see these failures....:eek:mg1:

One of the suburbs near me made it illegal to show underwear above the pants - so now they're wearing swimsuits.
