Christmas was made for children and children is what we are.
Our Father above, in infinite love has brought us together this hour.

Christmas was made for children, Babies like you and me.
What we can't understand talking man to man
Is here for the world to see.

The love that shines upon yours and mine from some store bought Christmas tree.
Shines upon the tears of families near and friends at Christmas time.

Christmas was made for children just like love for everyone.
The season is here, the reason is clear.
God's everlasting son.

Christmas was made for children and children is what we are.

This the first time I've ever shared this .

Thought this one up whilst walking the dog 'Down by the river'

Down by the river
That's where I like to go

Down by the river
Where the fragrant flowers grow

If you're down by the river
And you're looking for me

I'll be down by the river
Sipping Jasmine Green Tea

One of my favorite Robert Frost poems:

Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep
