It's a TV spoof. Anything on the big screen as well as the small screen and live events has an ASPCA officer on site to monitor the event and make sure an animal is in no way injured.

Exactly. When we would bring the Barnum & Bailey Circus train up the NEC to NYC an ASPCA officer rode with the train and there would a number of ASPCA officers present when we would turn the train over to NY&ARR
