I didn't see it, but you're right about an Rspca/Aspca officer always there on site usually as well as the owners. In fact animal performing artistes are usually looked after twice as well as Humans

Exactly. When we would bring the Barnum & Bailey Circus train up the NEC to NYC an ASPCA officer rode with the train and there would a number of ASPCA officers present when we would turn the train over to NY&ARR
