@hearlady thank you! It was the bane of my existence when I was young. It wouldn’t hold a curl. I couldn’t keep it up because it was so thick and heavy. It would escape its pins and it seemed like it was always in my way.

Now, though I’m grateful for it. It’s every bit as thick, though quite grey and cut short, and as I watch many of my friends struggle with their thinning hair, I’m almost ashamed of how much it bothered me when I was younger.

I think it’s obvious in this pic of me with my daughter that I still have as much hair now as I did when I was younger!

Ok, back in the 80s, I did some side work as a wrestler. Complete with Fu Manchu and mullet.

I was probably 24-25 at the time. Back when I had a chest. Now, I have b00bs.

They called me Dave the Wave.
