I'm reminded of this topic looking at my calendar. Time to get one for 2017 and it will be the same theme as last year. For those who aren't familiar, dog shaming became a jokey way to complain about our favorite dogs. Very enjoyable reading...I shall begin.

So funny, I remember when we first got Callie. There was a long lost box of chocolates under an end table that he found. Of course pure chocolate can kill a dog so I was freaked. I called the emergency vet with the brand. They looked it up and said from what they could see it was more nougat than actual chocolate. Owing to his size and weight they said offer him water and keep an eye on him. A few hours later he puked the candy, the wrappers, and part of the box. He drank a whole bowl of water and fell asleep. The next morning he woke fresh as a daisy...wacky beast.
