A potential Olympic runner was banned for doping/a positive test for a steroid. She blames it on a burrito she ate before the test.

Burritos might give someone some gas but not that kind of gas.
Maybe... maybe not. We know beef is shot full of steroids to bulk up and get top dollar per pound. We also know that cooking beef does not eliminate the steroids... so... while seeming far fetched,, not impossible.

I've seen stories of body builders and others saying certain supplements with protien derived from meat having steroids after they test positive but they had those supplements for days/months on end prior to test.

She's claiming it was one burrito 10 hours prior to test. It's not like she's getting a 14oz steak from the Capital Grill. I could see a cumulative effect but one meal?

This group has long accused others of being on drugs, usually with no evidence whatsoever.
They placed blame on other athletes when they were banned based on quite questionable testing.
The system is a fraud and should be done away with entirely, but this group has not helped to get rid of it.
As long as it was others - their competitors - who lost their rights and careers that was fine with them.
They weren't whining and crying <-- when this has happened to others. What goes around, comes around.
