Based on my past experience, if I bought 1.6 billion or so tickets ... the winner(s) would be from the 100 million or so tickets I didn't get

I was going to buy 2 tickets for Power Ball and found a couple of dollars in my purse, so bought 3. I am sure I will win.

I also had 1 free ticket on Florida lottery and bought my usual 2. I should win that one, too.
