Praying my granddaughter stays safe.

My grandniece just got home after being evacuated from Tel Aviv. She was taken by cruise ship to Cyprus. The 4 wide body jets that DeSantis claimed were never sent.
She flew to Rome on her own and then back home to JFK.

And you notice that none of the media talks about such things that are going on.

It reminds me of my brother-in-law who was in Korea in 1984 and they would have mortar attacks on random places in on the DMZ and they were never reported on nor spoken of even though it was an aggressive act.

Or when he was stationed in Panama and the base was shot at several times for a period of 6 months randomly. But nobody ever heard about that outside of the military.
 
When we were living in Turkey at a Common Defense Installation, at the bidding of the U.S. military, we were told at the "new wives' orientation" that because of the strategically sensitive nature of the base dependents were at the bottom of the list in importance to be evacuated if the brown stuff hit the whirling metal blades.

In other words, if Russia attacked, we should just consider ourselves in an internment camp until equipment, sensitive materials, and military personnel got out first.
