I have noticed that preparing myself for different situations or finding good solutions really helps ease my uneasiness about things.

I have been finding feasible solutions for different predicaments I find myself in lately and it is helping me to function confidently.

That's a good idea to think on. It's also good to think of all possible solutions and just how feasible they are and have back up plans like Plan B, too. :giggle:
 

I've lived by "Murphys Law" for decades...."if something can go wrong, it probably will". By doing so, I usually visualize what might happen, and how I should handle it, if it does. That usually results in far less stress, and has me prepared to react in a positive manner without going into "panic mode".

I had an old Chief Petty Officer who was fond of saying: "Proper planning prevents p.ss poor performance."
And, yes thinking about something ahead of time does eliminate lots of stress. In my case I always feel like a fool when I didn't see something coming that should have been perfectly obvious. It is a bit humbling to me, but it probably helps keep me from thinking that I am smarter than I actually am.

Yes planning and preparing prevents a lot of worrying.
