At the inauguration, I half expected Biden to come down to the stage on an acorn stairlift.

But sheriously, I hope he has a speedy recovery. :)

Yes, the next day, they showed him in a "special" room, working. And that experimental drug that "cured" him was immediately approved. But we haven't heard about it since.
I'm both surprised & disappointed at the way people swallow everything they're fed.
 
can't go there because we are not supposed to go there, if I could I have feelings about both current and former that will just stay with me, and no they are not happy thoughts.
 
The funniest Saturday Night Live comment (to me anyways) was years ago.

I think that's basically what Paxlovid is, it's just that the *original version* wouldn't have earned any money for the manufacturer, so they "reformulated" it and made it exclusive to the manufacturer.

Is he even back from Saudi Arabia, I should follow the news more but it causes me stress. I'd think all that traveling would weaken a person's immune system. Though I suppose the pres gets a place to take a nap, not like me on an airplane where I'm trying to sleep mostly sitting up squashed between other people.
 
It is a concern, but he's been on the news, on camera, doctors are monitoring him. So far, just very mild symptoms, a slightly runny nose, dry cough, no fever. In fact, he's working in the office in isolation. He's doing the right thing by isolating.
He'll be fine.
