President Obama grew up in America as a black man and he know more than many what it was like....I dare you to give it a listen!

 

Apparently two speeches were give simultaneously. The one I heard is certainly not the one many Conservatives heard. Apparently the only thing they heard was "cops are bigots" and "Black lives matter" The actual message completely lost on many of them.
 

People on my FB were praising Bush for quoting the Bible yesterday.....not one word about Obama doing the same...they only hear what they want to hear.
 
Watched it live and thought his words were meaningful and heartfelt. He must hate having to attend all these memorials. There have been so many over his term as President. You can hear his pain and frustration and compassion.

I agree. He walked a find line. Some cops are likely bigots, we know there's a problem if only one of perception, and of course all lives matter. Tough to weave those two threads together in one speech, but he did it.
