Pretty or hideous dinnerware

I'll give it a 5. I don't like the color. They would be very appealing to some people.

Years ago (very early 80's) I bought a "pinwheel" green depression glass bowl at a flea market. They are supposed to be harder to find, because the design chipped so easily. Though I noted a number for sale online. She had several but being as broke as I was then, I could only buy one. I still have it. No chips either.

Blah. How much food can the dishes hold? Are they easy to wash? Do they cut and scratch when you put them away? Would you serve your kids with them? I think there's a reason dishes are not pointy. I can't rate them because they are ridiculously non-utilitarian. As objets d'art maybe a 3 for originality. Then again, how many shapes can you find in dinnerware before they cease being dinnerware and are something else? Ah well.
