he's only put it up for sale now because he's just last week paid what he owed on it..

He bought this chalet a few years ago from a female friend and he and Sarah ripped her off for 6 million ..just didn't pay, despite her requests for payment. Only now that he needs the money to pay for his legal fees, does he finally pay the balance on the chalet so he can sell it no doubt at a highly inflated price.. and more probably to a 'friend' who will allow him to use it in the future for a nominal cost..
