It's forever quoted that Princess Diana introduced Prince Andrew to his wife, Sarah ferguson.

Nothing could be further from the truth.. Sarah and Andrew played together as children.. Sarah's father was Both prince Philip, and Prince Charles Polo manager, so from the time they were small Children Andrew and Sarah knew each other..well...you can see even as a little girl she was smitten by him

Andrew was international news from the time he hit his teens and was pursued by every female on the continent. He loved every moment of it and was dubbed Randy Andy back then. At least he wasn't chasing married women around. He was always known as a handful in the household. One day, Elizabeth happened on him dangling younger brother, Edward over a banister on Buckingham's main stairway. She nearly had heart failure and gave him a good talking to over it. Might have done more, we'll never know. He never wanted for female companionship and he and Charles had a high old time while on a trip to Canada as well. It's difficult to believe that he ever had to resort to raping someone which is why I don't believe he did. Since his accuser is known to have boasted to the girl she recruited for Maxwell that she finally got Andrew in bed. While he certainly is no saint, it is too bad the family has been tainted by this sleazy business. It's also too bad he ran around with Epstein, Maxwell, et al. However, Margaret, Charles and Anne certainly had a great go of smearing the Windsor name.

Hopefully, Andrew will turn his talents into doing something about the sordid sex trafficing that still exists today. It would help in restoring some respect to his character.

In Royal Biographer Ingrid Seward's biography of the Queen and Prince Philip '' My Husband and I'', she claims that Andrew, then aged five, once made his way to Windsor's Royal Mews while the Queen wasn't around and Prince Philip had gone carriage driving.

She wrote: "The coachmen and grooms who worked there had little time for the prince, even at that young age having often seen him aim sly kicks at the dogs and taunting the helpless guardsmen.

"Sensing their studied indifference and trying to attract attention, the prince started beating the ground with a large stick.

"No one took any notice, so Andrew doubled his efforts and beat the ground even harder, taking a sideways swipe at the legs of the horses."

When he refused to stop, two grooms picked him up, threw him into the dung heap and shovelled manure all over him.

"The prince was too shocked to cry, but the impact of his humiliation hit him and, when he managed to extract himself from the foul-smelling mess, he ran as fast as he could up the hill to the castle saying: 'I'll tell my mummy on you! I'll tell my mummy.'"

Nobody knows if Andrew, now 59, ever did tell the Queen - but apparently, there were no repercussions for the grooms.

Middle child getting negative attention.

Middle child getting negative attention.
apparently it was just the opposite..he was the Queen's favoured child..

he came along 8 years after her first child, when there had been rumours that all wasn't well in the Royal Marriage, and Andrew was always thought to be the child who cemented the union again between the Queen and Philip ..and rumours have always abound that Philip wasn't the Father.. altho' I'm sure he probably was, and the Queen was very likely never unfaithful to her husband ... but it's long been said that the Queen had an affair with her best male friend, Lord Porchester.. and I can see why the rumours were wild.. Andrew does bear more of a resemblance to 'Porchy'' than to Philip..or in fact to his own brothers..

Philip had gone on some expedition with a buddy of his and conveniently a couple of female secretaries joined them along the way. The Queen was alerted to this and when they put into port from some river trip they'd been on, Elizabeth was there to greet the returning party, much to Philip's chagrin. She promptly brought him home and that ended that. Next thing we knew she was pregnant with Andrew. It's odd how since WWII the Royal Family has been all over our news beginning with the Blitz and Churchill's begging for Roosevelt's help.

I find nothing shocking about this, many men let sex ruin there lives. They are not true men. A real man is not governed by their hormones. They are governed by their sense of honor, responsibilty and their family. Does not matter if they are famous, rich or privilegded. Honor is some thing that that comes ingrained in men. It is part of their soul. He chose the path his life would take. He has no one to blame for his own decisions. It is sad but so many others have done this thinking it would not come out, he was safe from judgement. If you do wrong you must be willing to accept the outcome of your actions.

The Real Story behind that Infamous Interview...

We were sitting face to face around a small table in Buckingham Palace — three of us from BBC Newsnight, plus Prince Andrew, his private secretary and Princess Beatrice, who was writing in a notebook.

At stake was the interview every broadcaster across the world would have given their right arm to do just then. Would Andrew agree to go on TV to talk about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein?

What followed was an intense two hours of questioning from the prince and his daughter — and with every minute, it became ever clearer that this wasn't won yet.

As a Newsnight producer, I'd been pursuing this interview for months and was desperate to land it.

So as we talked, I decided to give it to Prince Andrew very bluntly.

'Sir. I have lived in this country for over 40 years and, until now, I only knew two things about you. It's that you're known as 'Air Miles Andy' and 'Randy Andy' — and I can absolutely tell you that the latter really doesn't help you in your current predicament.'

Had I blown our chances of landing the interview of a lifetime? My colleagues — presenter Emily Maitlis and Newsnight deputy editor Stewart Maclean — looked genuinely shocked.

There was a long pause. Then Andrew laughed. The room collectively exhaled.
