ProPublica - Journalism in the Public Interest

I find this concept very interesting.

It seems that this section of the media is interested in investigative journalism and is prepared to modify their ways of gathering information to increase transparency in the public interest. I could imagine that if this policy become the modus operandi of more media outlets we will see politicians of all colours quaking in their boots.

Absolutely! I have been reading the ProPublica web-site for several years, and IMO, they are one of the best, and least biased, sources of information about what is Really going on behind the closed doors in Washington. I would urge everyone to bookmark this site, and review its articles on a regular basis. The traditional media outlets are becoming. more and more, just a mouthpiece for their wealthy owners.
