Public Charging of Your Phone

I'm glad someone posted this, I didn't know about it and I charge my phone a lot on buses, trains and in airports (also sometimes use the actual charger and sometimes a power bank).

I'm going to buy a 'data blocker' thingy to use in the future to make public charging safe.

I used one of these chargers in an airport where I was able to lock my phone in a small box with a 3-number combination. I took a chance because I needed a charge and had no charging pads in my carry-on bag. That was about 5 years ago. I learned to keep a few in my bag.
