Pup story. Sad start, happy ending

Thank goodness for all the kind people who help these poor animals who are abused by evil people. I find it easy to like animals more than people, that's for sure. Thanks for posting this Jim, glad this one had a good ending for the dog.

It was so lucky for that dog that those people were curious enough to look in the crate! SeaBreeze, like you, I've always found it easier to like animals more than lots of people! Even 'bad' animals have the excuse of being just an animal. Human beings (with our bigger brains, etc.) have no excuse for hurting others.

Oh my goodness sakes! How incredibly sad! How can any one do that to an innocent animal. You know think if they ever catch that person they should give him the same thing to them. And I always did say too I like animals more than people!!!! people just get on my nerves! Especially when you see stuff like this. So very thankful for the for the guys that found him

Thanks for sharing. I wish I could get a thing going just to watch out for idiots like that and get them arrested and have the penalty be the same punishment as what they did to the animals! Someone put a box of 10 puppies in the middle of the highway here in Ohio and thankfully a guy just happened on it and decided to look in it and that is what he found. He took them home and posted on his facebook asking if anyone knew of anyone that had a dog that recently had pups and all the sudden they have no more....it is just disgusting! I get bent out of shape immediately when I read or hear of this stuff. I guess he wanted the to be mowed down by traffic. THE IDIOT!!! Thank God for animal lovers

Add me to those who prefer animals to people. It depresses me what some people do to animals. If you don't want them bring them to a shelter!

Pisses me off how some people will discard an animal the way they would garbage. If one can not or does not want to keep an animal, there are plenty of rescue organizations that will take the pet. My lab came from one. The owner lost his job and could not care for him any longer so they returned him to the shelter they got him from. I was in the market for a dog and took him in. He's been a great pal.

Kudos to the family that made the discovery. Lucky dog in the end.

We need neighborhood scouts! Nip it in the bud!!!! I almost wanted to take a young pup from my mother-in-laws neighbor,,,,,,they were so nit deserving of a dog. I offered to buy the dog (he was a very young pit bull) , but she just wouldn't give in. his a person who lives off the government and had her children taken away from her more than once,,,,,,what does that tell ya? My mother-in -law was scared for me to call authorities because they were drinkers and drug abusers....she was older and not in good health so I didn't........I haven't been back that way since she passed on. I just pray the dog got away or someone did take it from her and is caring for him. He was so sweet. I always took him treats when I went over there.
