I have seen pj bottoms on guys and some young girls and I could swear I have seen some slippers but you won't catch me wearing them out in public. To each his own I say.
I really don't mind seeing this (we have it in the US, too, Rose... running joke about people going to WalMart like thatI thought I was seeing things a few times recently but I have seen an elderly man one time and a young girl another time definitely wearing pyjamas and dressing gowns! In daytime, complete with slippers, in our local supermarket.
Why for goodness sake and is it actually permissable?
Good point, it's kind of 23.5/7. Have a shower every morning and put on clean. So the outfit is 24/7 then or do you sneak a shower in?
My wife remembers her mom going on an airplane many years ago with gloves, a hat and a mink stole. There was a time slightly before my time when a guy had on a jacket and tie to go to the grocery store. Quite a change!
People!! sigh! Have you seen the videos on what people wear to shop at Walmart? There's some doozies there.I thought I was seeing things a few times recently but I have seen an elderly man one time and a young girl another time definitely wearing pyjamas and dressing gowns! In daytime, complete with slippers, in our local supermarket.
Why for goodness sake and is it actually permissable?
So, do you think it's a good thing or no? Is it progressive or regressive?A reflection of our combined consciousness level.
Serious? I think there was once a time when men of greatness walked the earth. So, do you think it's a good thing or no? Is it progressive or regressive?
(I'm serious)
So glad that changed, was never an suit & tie guy! There was a time slightly before my time when a guy had on a jacket and tie to go to the grocery store. Quite a change!
Yeah, that photo that Bella posted of a couple in their jammies at Walmart buying a big-screen TV says a lot.Serious? I think there was once a time when men of greatness walked the earth.
I think over the eons of time, humankind has regressed into (I don't know how
to say this) grossness and ignorance. This is reflected in everything we think,
do and say. Now and then, there are little sparks of hope, of wisdoms, of love
Everything in life can be art; how we dress, how we eat, how we speak, the way
we feel. But we have choices. Everything in life can also be garbage.
This is all up to us. We must have freedoms! How we respond to life is
shown by our state of consciousness. May we choose the be the best we can be.
A cousin of mine (her name was Kate too) was visiting me from Ireland.I really don't mind seeing this (we have it in the US, too, Rose... running joke about people going to WalMart like that) but I don't mind it because I've seen dudes' pants barely being held up over their backsides (and sometimes actually down over)... and I've seen micro shorts that show stuff the wearer probably doesn't know is being displayed when they bend over. I've seen shirts with things nearly popping out and it's a lot worse seeing random bits and pieces I don't care to see than someone in their jammies.
