Questions About GoGo Grandparent

I apologize if my post is in the wrong category.
I did not know wherr else to post my question.

I recently came across a service called GoGo Grandparent.
I am still in the process of wanting to learn about it, because I need transportation and other types of services.

If you or someone that you know uses GoGo Grandparent please provide me with your feedback.
Is it worth trying?
In additon to transpportation what other types of services do they do?

I used GOGO about 3 yrs ago when I first heard of it....but was
not happy with the kind of drivers that were assigned to me...one left me standing in the bank parking lot, another just
dropped me about 1/2 miles from the bank....so quit using it
altogether.....good luck....
