Just a heads up about a newer scam I learned about.
Instead of asking you to click a bad link, they tell you to type or paste strange codes into your browser or computer to “fix” a problem. It might look technical so people trust it.
If you do it, you can end up installing malware yourself without realizing it.
Simple rule:
If a website or message tells you to copy and paste code to fix something, dont do it.
No real company will ever ask you to do that.
