Received "I Support Police" Stickers

Got two of them from some kind of police organization in the mail. I would not put any kind of sticker saying I support this or that for fear some nut might find it offensive to his or her beliefs and throw a rock through my windshield. Remember when political stickers were everywhere on cars? We see fights start in stores over T-shirt logos.

The last political sticker I had on a car was for Barry Goldwater.

The sticker that I have now asks: have you hugged a mermaid today?

Quite honestly, I don't care what you support. Don't put no money in my pocket. I doubt others are dying to find out what I "support", either. And frankly, most of the time, your "support" means you only bought the sticker, or tee shirt.

No stickers,, signs, buttons, message t shirts etc for me. Not taking a chance on getting vandalized.

Yes, it really makes no difference to me what other people support.
And I'm sure they could care less what I believe - doesn't change life any ....

so true and so sad...

People need to start standing up for their beliefs and what their convictions are. To hell with cancel culture.
I remember a professor I had at the Naval Academy once said, "Some people prefer to sit while others will stand when facing a moral challenge." He continued by saying, "I will always stand for what I believe in." Although I don't believe he was the first person to ever say that, it's a good motto to live by.
"Those who lack the courage will always find a philosophy to justify it." --Albert Camus--

I don't have any stickers on our vehicles. My wife says a vehicle with stickers looks too tacky. We both support the troops and police.
They even did away with Military Base Identification stickers a few years back because of terrorism to the military people. What a sick world we live in now. So sad. :(
