Coffee every morning. One cup, while I'm on the computer catching up on my various forums, groups, email etc. Feed my dogs at the same time morning and evening. Head to work around the same time every morning. Go to sleep around the same time most nights, unless I'm out dancing or other social thing.
I take my 1st walk of the day,eat my breakfast while checking my emails,what's happening here in morning
I usually take my last walk of the day after I've had lunch and a short nap,come here in afternoon.
When I finish dinner,I tackle the daily NYT crossword puzzle{only Mon-Weds}
In PA, we have a network ,like C-Span, but it's only for state government. I believe a lot of states are now doing that . Anyway, there is a program , "PA Books" where Brain McLaughlin does a 1 hour interview for authors of books on PA related themes. He actually reads every book. So far, he has done over 800 interviews. He's a great interviewer. Monday-Friday, it's on at 8 AM. I HAVE to watch it from the start. If I miss the first 10 seconds, the rest of the day isn't worth living. I've taped a huge library of the shows, and precisely at 8 AM on Sat./Sun, I turn on my DVR. I gotta have my "Books" in the morning. https://pcntv.com/pabooks/
Nothing really. I’m not a punctual type of person . I get up when I wake up. Get cleaned up and take the dogs out. That can be anywhere from early to late in the morning . I eat my meals when I am hungry and sleep when I’m tired. To me, that’s what retirement is about and it works for me. My husband is the complete opposite. He’s punctual with time and lives by the clock. He’s totally predicable. Yawn.
When I saw this thread title, I took it to refer to a health condition. If somebody says "I am regular as clockwork", I would say that is one fortunate person; it must be the diet of prunes.
As to the actual subject, I find that I need some sort of framework within which to function. So there are things I am "regular" about. I try to get to sleep at the same time every night. Otherwise, I tend to shift my sleep times all over the place and end up a mess. Playing a music instrument requires daily attendance to practice and playing. I try to be consistent about meal times.
