Religious persecution. Guess which religion.

I'm not Christian in spite of being born of a deeply religious family in a deeply religious community but I do respect the undeniably wonderful morality of Christian teaching.

That being said, and meant, I was shocked to find the following news item repeated over a wide number of News sites that shows just how much Christianity has become targeted and attacked.

Judio-Christian morality formed the very foundation of our social evolution and now to see it not only denigrated but actually persecuted is heartbreaking, even to me, a "Plastic Pagan".

It's time to clue up and grasp the fact that not all societies and so called cultures are equal and start to stop acting as if they are.

I find this around the internet myself. Even on Etsy in the forums I have read more that one thread from people who won't buy from a shop if it seems Christian. I have a print saved to favorites where the seller offers it with or without a bible quote. I would of coarse get it without the quote but I'm not stopped from buying from that seller due to this. I like the colors and subject of the print.

On a very liberal, now closed, forum I went to sometimes (where I was viciously attacked) they were very anti-Christian. I have never quite understood how they support other religions that are very oppressive to women but then would put Christianity down.

I'm not a Christian. Sure there is negative history to Christianity but there is to other religions also.
 
Just remember that most of those 90,000 Christians aren't white, but Middle Eastern. Brother killing brother has never been confined to one religion. Muslims are NOT our enemies. The historical distortion of Islam into radical sectarianism has its parallel in Christian history. Christians have proven very good at killing other Christians in addition to Christian's "enemies", over the centuries.
 
Islam is incompatible with western democracy and western freedoms. It really is that simple.

Here in Europe we are experiencing this hour by hour. Our way of life is blasphemous to them and the MUST react accordingly.

We are at least 20 years plus down the line from the US in addition to which we have greater concentrations of Muslims in what are now self sealing colonies that are increasingly joining up. These colonies are activly rejecting any form of integration with the host countries and are now becoming actively hostile to the host nations.

Where we are today should be used as a bellwether.
