As always with stuff like this I stumbled across it.
You can turn it off and on and get other channels teletext..though they are archive pages.

Never heard of Ceefax in the U.S. Though the U.S. is supposed to be the most 'advanced' nation it is far outdated in many ways. For example, European train service we envy very much. But, it will never happen here in the U.S. The government says it mandates reducing co2 but, it never addresses what airlines are doing to reduce it: nothing.
