Once we were playing soccer with em. Well she mostly sat on the very small goal meant for hockey or something and I'm not the greatest fanatic socker player myself. A man biked there and he yelled: Hey!! Boys against the girls? Lol.
 
That's great. I'd like to do that again. I was able, at one time, to coordinate the clutch and accelerator when I had to stop without even using the floor brake. It took some practice, but I wanted to prove I could do it.

I remember doing that, but stopped after a mechanic friend told me it was a good way to wear out the clutch.

New clutches were a frequent auto repair back in the 70s, as I recall. I sure paid for several of them...
