Riced Cauliflower

Anyone eat this stuff? We were at my daughters and she had some. I googled a recipe and made it, yuck. I just don't get the craze. Noticed at Costco, they sell it in the produce chiller area.

I don't like the texture of cali at all but wife got a bag of riced from Trader Joe's, sauteed in butter /w Mrs Dash (?) not sure what flavor. Actually was very good, tried a bag from Schwan's tasted too much garlic, nasty in my estimation. I guess you have to try them all to get to the good one. Have it at least once a week now.
