Roasted Chicken Thighs

I've gotten sick several times from the "grab & go" where they keep food warm for almost immediate consumption (i.e. when you get home), but the convenience outweighs the occasional occurrence for me. I've also bought rotisserie whole chickens that I've had to finish cooking because when I cut into them - the centers were still red and raw. I complained to the regional office and their reply was almost what Aunt Bea mentioned about Wegman's in #24 - they are cooked according to store regulations. What a "cover-butt" answer.
