I'm with you Bettyann! I start out to fold the fitted sheet just like the flat, but the end result never is the same. :p I know there's a technique that works, but too much of a bother to learn it and follow it IMO.
 
Me, too. I've never mastered the fitted sheet technique. My end result sometimes looks a bit more like "wadded up" than "folded," and I quit worrying about it. If I can shove it in the cabinet and close the door, it's good.
 
I'd rather have a robot that can dust everything and sweep & mop the floors. Also, pick up dog poo. Much prefer buying a good robot to hiring humans of unknown repute.
 
My wife does one better. On Mondays, she sends our laundry out to be washed and/or dry cleaned and it comes back on Thursday on hangars or folded, as the case may be. Then, all she has to do is put it away in the drawers or hang it in the closet. I was surprised at how little it costs.

I've found a way around the fitted-sheet folding dilemma. I strip the bed, wash the sheets, put the sheets back on the bed when I take them out of the dryer. No folding required. I'm so lazy. Of course, I have a linen closet full of wadded-up fitted sheets that I'll have to use one of these days.
