Rose Marie has died

,Rose Marie,who's best known TV role was 'Sally Rogers" on "The Dick Van Dyke Show" '61-'66 died yesterday age 94.
Her character on the show was a comedy writer along with "Buddy Sorrell"{late Morey Amsterdam},"Rob Petrie"{Van Dyke} on the fictious comedy "The Alan Brady Show'. Brady was played by Carl Reiner.
She was a semi regular on the original game show,'Hollywood Squares' '66-'80
Dick and Carl are the 2 remaining cast members still with us, Dick is 93,Carl is 95

I always used to call Mary Tyler Moore "Mary Moore", because it isn't necessary to use Tyler.

The same goes for Edward G. Robinson. I always drop the "G".

And George C. Scott. The "C" is also unnecessary.

I loved the Dick Van Dyke show and I have been watching it again on youtube, The cast was great on that show and Rose Marie was terrific. How I wish they had shows like that on TV now. R.I.P Rose Marie.
