Rules for Arguing

I should have said that my parents gave every appearance of being polite and respectful toward one another. Their marriage rotted from the inside out. A few good (non physical) knock-down drag-out fights might have benefited them. I couldn't have hurt...

Well thank you so much for clarifying that Starsong. Sometimes I think the couples that don’t fight at all, aren’t ‘really’ connected as strongly as they think. Some couples barely even talk or do anything together.

My parents constantly had non physical knock down, drag out fights. NOTHING was hidden in that sense.

My in laws treated their children really well but also did not lead by example so with our combined history, it is something that doesn’t always come natural but that’s not to say that we don’t treat each other with respect and dignity. He’s my soulmate and best friend. I not only love him but I like him as well.

Not that I've ever argued with anyone (oops, my nose has just started to grow), but my suggestion to any couple who are about to argue, is, make yourselves completely and utterly naked....hmmm...then when you done doin' 'that'....you can resume arguing again......if you have the energy.....ha ha ha
