Russia downed a $32 million U.S. drone over the Black Sea!

I don't think that if the drone really was taken down over "international waters", the Defense Department would be touting the GPS coordinates of incident as proof. WE did shoot down a Chinese balloon over our territory, so.....It is obvious the Russians were trying to disable the drone to learn its technology, not destroy it. You can't learn anything if it's at the bottom of the sea, that's a hint the drone was over land, and not over water.
