Hi @Tish I am ok today. Took a short break and hurt my back. I was doing the twist for my birdie. I forgot I'm not supposed to twist. Last night was rough. I could hardly walk and in much pain. I put ice packs on all through the night and found some Naproxen and took it. Feeling much better. Thanks so much for your concern and your thoughtfulness!
