We're retiring and downsizing, and are looking for a 55+ community in San Diego County. Our goal is to purchase the new residence.

Anyone else in this area?
 

Welcome to the forum. High and rising costs ran me out of San Diego, my home from 1945-1991. If you have a good bank account, it's a great place.
 
I've lived in San Diego for 40+ years. I'd be happy to try to answer your questions.
