San Fransisco suddenly clean just before dignitaries arrive

The reason the city got so bad during COVID was because the snowflake police force/union refused to arrest anyone for any reason after the election of a district attorney no one really liked but was elected because of the choice rank voting system. The cops decided screw the vote, the hell with democracy and like a bunch of thugs, stopped working. Instead of taking their licks and trying harder in the next election a couple of years later, the cops just started ghosting their jobs, collecting their paychecks and refused to help or arrest anyone. The police deliberately let the city collapse in order to force a recall election of the D.A.
You are of course referring to Chesa Boudin. Needless to say there are many, a majority of San Franciscans, who would, and did, disagree with you. Since you seem concerned about crime and punishment, would you take the time to tell your readers about Chesa’s colorful parents?

I did not write that. Can you not read or comprehend punctuation? I live in Idaho the author is a resident of SF.

Please note the first line of my post :"Found this on line, 11/13/23."

And btw the author of that did agree that she wasn't any good, and wtf do her parents have to do with it??? (That's a rhetorical question so please don't answer.)

Please stop the strawman bs.

First, if you post something you found on line you should also post a link. Knowledge of a source, and the ability to review the date, origin, and context of a post can be very informative. Secondly, since you chose to post that “information” it is certainly fair to assume that you used it to support your own point of view, else why choose that post to quote? Oh, and I should add that Chesa Boudin is male, not female.

BTW, my knowledge of Idaho is pretty much nil, but I lived or worked in San Francisco for close to thirty years, and am a frequent visitor.

On the parent issue …
“Parents guilty of murder and raised by radicals, Chesa Boudin is San Francisco's next district attorney
He's a prosecutor with a life story unlike any other — and a very different view of the criminal justice”
Parents guilty of murder and raised by radicals, Chesa Boudin is San Francisco's next DA

Isn't this the guy that got fired? Because of his radical communist policies?

Nothing pertinent to contribute but you did beat the dead horse so there’s that.
