Any recommendations for a regular (not non-stick) 10” stainless steel fry pan. I’m tired of trying to cook on medium heat on an electric glass top stove. Basically, the temperatures are low and high. Trying to get a non-stick fry pan hot enough to really sizzle just doesn’t happen. Ideally, it would have high sides.
