How do I search the random photos shown at the top of the forum page?

I'm looking for the one of the hungry dog, with his head on the rock wall, staring at the steaks on grill?

Would like to forward it to a friend.

Click ALBUMS top of page,when opens just go through them until find,you can try search,but without knowing the title of original is pointless.
Also when this page is open can click Photo Gallery might be in there,and on the off chance the original poster might see this post and advise?
