Any common practice meant for the good will always have a down side. I just hope those who work to the good of others don't become discouraged. We'd be all the worse without them. Maybe we need to think about how to reduce kvetching and bridle the attorneys who profit by it.

While i do not like the sue happy culture...... i have witnessed first hand bad shot reactions and would not wish it on others but........
Most people barely read the possible side effects on drug/ shots and frankly do not think it will happen to them ....... and do not care about those who did have issues.
 

Oh look, money signs. Brace for thousands of claims from hopeful recipients, muddying the water for legitimate cases.
