Senior forums........ what's your favorite soup?

I have a few faves, altho I don't eat soup very often.

My mother's lentil soup and beef barley. I've made french onion, a baked potato soup that's pretty tasty, and butternut squash soup.

I do like Campbells' chicken noodle soup too.

Aside from tomato soup (which for me just is part of a can of tomato sauce + water heated in a mug in the microwave), the soup I eat is simply water heated with a microwaved package of veggies. I am not educated about spices so I usually only add garlic powder and salt, but sometimes I add some finely ground white pepper.
Last night I'd microwaved some broccoli florets but they just weren't appetizing so I added water and a big spoonful of cream cheese (plus garlic and pepper), and it really made it super easy to eat my broccoli.
I wish I had any idea what would turn cut green beans into a decent soup. I wonder if that peanut butter soup would work with green beans?

My mom funneled so much chicken soup into us when our temperatures were like 98.7 degrees (Regular temperature is 98.6 degrees) that I get nauseas just smelling it now. Almost as bad as holding our mouths open with one hand and pouring cod liver oil or caster oil down our throats with the other hand. This is about as close as I ever want to get to any kind of can that even resembles a soup can now. Well except for those oversized soup cans on Aunt Marge's head.
