I don't know what conversations you think might be off limits, other than strong sexual content and (divisive) politics.

SF has hosted many frank discussions about good, bad, sad, challenging, funny, frustrating, and delightful experiences with children, grandchildren, parents, significant others, neighbors, workmates, childhoods, finances, life, death, life after death, religion, spirituality, current events, retirement, health challenges, and numerous other topics that don't immediately spring to mind.

What were you hoping to discuss that you imagine would be flagged as inappropriate or of little interest?

Well I actually had a thread I started flagged, so I don't have to imagine. I was discussing some issues in my marriage and was seeking advice and comment about choices to be made. There was a focus on the sexual aspect of marriage and some of the commentary was deemed adult content by Google.
