Seniors denied Trudeaus new offer

@hondarider69 - Welcome to the forum. I agree with you. ✔️
No French Politics!!! :)
I was wondering where Canada was. But of course! It's in France! 😊

@Pinky - I think the rule is no U.S. politics.
People on this forum often vigorously discuss politics in other parts of the world.

Sorry if I broke the rules my first time here I didn’t know politics wasn’t allowed excuse me
It's quite alright. I forgot who Trudeau is! I remember now, but I have no idea about what is going on with the politics with seniors. I guess that IS politics, but we can't vote there. If you Canadians can keep your fighting down, I see no reason not to discuss issues dealing with seniors. huh? :)

Aww, don't feel bad. I used to be the Administrator on the PC Pitstop Forum, a PC Help forum where people were looking for good advice about their computers and occasionally getting some. But more often that not they were getting bad advice. It was difficult to keep up with. At first, we also had a No Politics rule, along with No Religion as well (until enough regulars begged the owner of the forum to allow them), since both typically caused massive arguments. So I can relate to that rule.

What did I do my first day here? I got Moderated for breaking that No Politics rule. I felt like I was two inches tall. 🔥

In actual fact..it's really a NO US Politics rule.. Matrix always says, if he can tell which side you support then its Political and not permitted....

That's not to say the rest of us in other countries can get into a big political debate , we can't but something like the OP ( Welcome to the forum)... is OK....

Just out of idle curiosity, do US Political Cartoons count as US Political Discussions? They're just for laughs, and not a discussion...
I would think they count as political discussion, yes. Even if the poster *intends* for it to be for laughs, there are always side-tracks that quickly turn to ugliness. Quite interesting to watch the vitriol turn into deterioration real fast sometimes, but annoying as heck, too.

Oh well. While I can relate to that rule, that it is only for US Politics seems a bit unfair. Specially when consider all the corrupt politicians around the world. But it ain't my forum, so that is why I asked. I don't like being Moderated. It's embarrassing...

When I was in Southern Canada Toronto, Niagra Falls,
in the 70's the road signs were French to me. ... :coffee: ...
Never went back. Canada like Alaska just didn't draw me.
