Serial thief hits California Target stores for $39,000 in merchandise

A serial thief is hitting California Target stores netting $39,000 in merchandise so far. He seems to favor Ipads. He uses one tact where he talks to a clerk about the device then runs off with it.

Perhaps he should be forced to work at I-pad mfg for a few

Those are pretty clear photos of him. He should be easy to identify.

Somebody will rat him out eventually, probably because he isn't sharing his ill-gotten gains with them.

Several years ago, an armored truck burst open in Miami and money blew all over the place. It was scooped up fast by bystanders. The authorities put out an appeal for people to return the money. It won't come as any surprise that THAT didn't happen on its own.

Pretty soon, though, people started calling the police and saying their brother-in-law, cousin, neighbor, etc. had some of the money. Of course, that was because they wouldn't share it. And, of course, because the recipients of the accidental largesse just HAD to brag about it......

I'm not sure that I'd want to burden those children with the presence of somebody like this.
