You never had quiche! I hope you get to try it. I used to make my own but it wasn't called quiche. I suppose there might have been a difference. It was called Bisquick Impossible Broccoli pie. My son and I love it, my grandchildren loved it too. I haven't made it in a very long time though.
I never put peppers in mine. Also I found that one has to add baking powder to Bisquick recipies. I used to have a booklet that had several "Impossible pie" recipies. Here's the recipe for what I consider to be a quiche.
