Please share your moments of bliss as or after they happen.
I'm not sure why I just experienced one, odds are stacked against having one these days. We're on day 5 of a heat wave where it hasn't gotten below 70 and it often gets into the low 100's or high 90's during the day and the it doesn't cool down in the evenings. We also have a plethora of fires around our area so the air outside is smokey and not that pleasant (there's a health warning.) This means I can't open the house to cool it down like I usually do.
However I was just here reading the forum, enjoying a nice glass of rose, music I love on the stereo and I had the wonderful relaxed feeling of a moment of bliss.
For me a moment of bliss is either an awareness of a wonderfully relaxed and content state or in rare occasions a period of moving through the world in such a state. If you feel like sharing how you experience bliss I'd love to hear about it.
So, this is wishing everyone who feels like having some bliss gets some soon.
