Should he / she get the warts removed off the Cheek, Nose, Jaw areas.

If they are over the eyes and interfering with vision - yes.

If they are elsewhere on the face and easily removed and the person wants them removed - yes.

If they dont want to, then no
 

Do you know that it's warts? I go to the dermatologist to have anything examined that shouldn't be there to make sure it isn't cancer. If the doctor says removal is medically necessary, my insurance pays. If it isn't, I have to pay, and I do because I don't want disfigurements on my face.
 
Don't you just go to the chemist to get that freezer stuff to get rid of them? costs less than $30. Same stuff as you use for Skin Tags and Ticks.

I had a wart on my hand that would keep coming back after trying many otc treatments. I finally got rid of it by taping down some wood sorrel leaves on it and left it alone for 2 weeks. When I took the tape off, the wart came off with the leaves and never came back.
 
Yes. Remove them.

Warts are caused by a virus (HPV) and serve no purpose. I'd treat them like the useless virus they are.
 
I thought is was more common to get moles on the face area, not warts? Warts are usually on hands or feet aren't they?
 
When I 1st began wearing glasses for reading I had a spot near my eye and nose I thought was just the glasses rubbing and didn't go get it checked out. I changed glasses and it didn't go away.
Finally had Dr check it, it was skin cancer so since it was so near my eye he sent me to a plastic surgeon. He said I almost waited too long as the root/offshoot whatever it's called had spread into my nasal area but he was able to get it all out.
Ended up having to take a skin graft off my shoulder to replace the skin he had to remove. Now I have a patch of skin under my eye
that stays lighter than the rest of my face. But.. I have my nose and eye still!
Better to have those checked and be sure, I sure do now.
 
First step is to get them checked by a Dr and make sure they are just benign warts - if they are skin cancers, definitely get them removed.

if not, then depends how much they bother you.
