Shrimp tacos!

Easy, I didn't have the ingredients on hand to make the cilantro garlic lime slaw, but I shall next time!

One of my nicest food memories is of either shrimp or fish tacos eaten at a street vendor stall in La Paz on the Baja Peninsula. It was a fabulous lunch and enjoyed often.

Hubby's favorite ~ shrimp tacos. I hate peeling all those shrimp though... so, I don't make them often enough. I'll have to check to see if there is a salmon taco? That would work as I don't favor shrimp.

Did you grill the shrimp, @Nathan ?

@PamfromTx , No, I just coated them with the spice mix and put in a frying pan with olive oil and butter.
