Signify Health calls unwelcome

I get frequent calls from Signify Health. My insurance includes 1 free home visit per year. I do not welcome these strangers into my home. I have contacted Signify and asked that my numbers be removed from callers from Signify.

I did see that if it becomes the level of harassment you can actually file a complaint with them online at FTC. I plan to do that if the calls continue.

I also noticed you can complain with the BBB. I must have already blocked over a dozen phone numbers as the calls keep coming from different numbers. I am sure they probably use stay at home callers who are actually using their own phones to make the calls.

Aetna is the same way. Always wanting to do a home visit.

Try calling you health insurer. Tell them the calls from this group are getting to the point of stalking.

I had Aetna before and then my company changed us to United Health Care. Both of them call repeatedly and nag you to have a home visit. I used to talk to them. No I dont want a home visit. Now I just let it go to voice mail.

I can see where this might be beneficial if you were elderly and had issues. Im old but I dont have any issues and if I do I will make an appointment with my doctor.

I suppose if you were really lonely you could let them come and chat.

I called my insurer, and they stopped all calls to me from their home visit subcontractor.

Yes, I get the same calls soliciting home visits from UHC. They go into voice mail and I later delete them.
