• Breaking a mirror = 7 years of bad luck. I've dropped many hand mirrors and nothing has happened.
• Don't let a black cat cross in front of you. I've had black cats for many years and I've had no issues.
• 13th floor in a hotel or 13th seat in a plane is bad luck. Some hotels don't even have 13th floors.
• Don't open an umbrella indoors.
• Don't walk under a ladder.

There are many more, but I was born on Halloween so they are mostly lucky for me.

I like to think I ignore all superstitions. But when I wanted a new phone number, the only ones that were available began with 666. I decided to keep the old number.

Black Eyed Peas on January 1st of each year.
Cook up a batch and put over rice.
Always sure there's a can just in case I'm feeling lazy.
'Mystical and mythical power to bring good luck'.

I was brought up with that many from my Parents I dont know how I remembered them all ,

There was one or a few about Cutlery,, If a Knife was dropped a man would be visting , if a Fork a woman , a Spoon a Child .

Another one was , when I had to set the table , I was told not to cross knives , or there would be an argument in the Home , Well There was no way of knowing if this was true as there was arguments in my family every day .

So I planned to see if it worked at my friends home , I helped set the table , throwing the cutlery on the table with the Knives crossing , next day at school I seeked her Company out , and waited for her to tell me the Ghastly row that happened because of the crossed knives .
I was not told of any, so I guessed it only happened in my family .

I tested several of the Superstitions out , and some I do say , like the ones that are connected to money ,haha just incase they work ..
