I've heard of this name but never checked it out.
So in the mail from my health provider a free lifetime membership to this silver sneakers.
Not much for gym or group exercising so checking this out I found a YMCA/Silver sneakers
location just 2 miles from my home that has a large indoors heated pool.
OMG,I just love swimming for exercise.
OUTTA MY WAY EVERYBODY....(NO,thats not me)
 

I wish she would teach me T'ai-Chi,is there a swimming version of it?

That's so funny! I taught at a rehab hospital for a few years in their "Activity Room", which had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, where I could watch my girlfriend of the time teaching Aqua Aerobics, using a lot of the movements I had taught her. :D

If you look hard enough I'm sure you could at least come up with a few hotties like this that are teaching a class -

They have a silver sneakers class at the gym I just joined, so far I can do the regular workout that those of all ages are doing. I will definitely look into it in the future, if my abilities or pace begins to slow. For those with health issues and limitations, I think it's great.
 
Friend told me about it and . . . of course my insurance provider does not take part...
