Sister Wives Janelle Brown's Son dead from suicide

I used to watch sister wives .. a show about one fundamentalist Mormon and his various plural marriages..I'm sure most have heard of it, even if some haven't watched.

I haven't watched it in years.. but today I was shocked to see that one of the Sons of Janelle and Kody Brown has taken his own life at the age of 25...

This is very sad.. the boy was a good upstanding, hard working, loving young man... and his mother who puts her children before everything else

The parents hearts must be shattered in a million pieces..

This is not the first ''child'' who has been thrust into the eyes of the media through their parents.. who have committed suicide.. Marie Osmonds son to name just one more.. and there are others..


How very tragic for the family..Garrison would have been more aware having grown up in a religious family that suicide is a looked on as a Sin.. so he must have been in absolute turmoil. May he R.I. P...

Janelle is such a loving, caring mother, her heart must be broken. Kody, I have no doubt is deep into grieving and remorse. His “tough love” stance must look a little different to him now. Much sadness for a large caring family.
 
I watched the show and find this news incredibly sad. I feel so bad for janelle and agree about Kody. I just found out today that my oldest son’s half sister was murdered by her new husband. I’m heartbroken for all of them.
 

That is shocking news! I started to watch "Sister Wives" right before Cody met and married Robin. This is so sad.

But maybe this will bring the whole family closer.

Janelle is my favorite sister wife and when Cody had problems with their sons before Thanksgiving-I realized how controlling Cody was-and also so unrealistic, expecting Janelle to support him, and not her sons.

Meri has broken up with her boy friend Amos, and is probably much better off when she accepted the fact that Cody had no feelings for her anymore.
Christine seems to be happily married now, after leaving Cody, and Robin is all he has left.

I always considered their kids to be quite normal, in this polygamist family, but this death is something I Never expected to happen.

Sometimes good things arise from tragedy, so maybe the family will make peace with each other.

Actually I expect Robin , at some point, to be completely fed up with Cody. I don't even know if the wives can collect Social Security on Cody's record if he dies, and when they are seniors .... and how their shares in the property they bought in Flagstaff will be inherited.

Janelle is the only one so far who has given the future a lot of thought, financially , and feared in one show last year I think, that she was worried about her finances. I think the show is the only income Cody has.

Garrison did not seem depressed at all when he was showing a few siblings his new home. With all the family drama, they must have missed something , about Garrison, that they should have paid attention too. I feel bad for all of them.
