Have any of you heard of Skooma ?..

Skooma is a potion produced from moon sugar. It is a highly addictive narcotic, and its users pass through bouts of euphoria followed by protracted lethargy. It is smoked in a special pipe; the crystals are placed in a small dish and heated.
This is the effect... Good grief...

All I've heard about real life skooma is that it has an alcohol content of 68%. So I assume it's a drink.

I had to look up "Moon Sugar", since I've never heard of it before. Turns out it's a refined sugar that is itself a narcotic with a predilection for addiction. Skooma is apparently a further step of processing to make it even stronger. Let's be honest, people will try anything once.....
